Film Synopsis:

Mevlo Alić, from the village Vozuća in Bosnia & Herzegowina, is left to live alone in an old and wrecked house after his parents' deaths. For a living, Mevlo does sheep breeding which gradually becomes less of a job, and more of a loving community that has provided him with true life happiness and a sense of family belonging. The sense of loneliness in a human awakens the need to belong somewhere even if that community doesn't consist of people.


Director's Biography

Almir Zoletić was born in Vinkovci, Croatia. Currently, Almir is a student at the Academy of performing arts in Sarajevo, editing department. In 2019., Almir made his first short movie, SCARS as a part of the student production. His second short movie as a director is BJELKO, a short documentary, created in 2021. 

As part of the Academy of Performing Arts, as well as outside of academic activities, Almir has participated in numerous projects in various areas of the film industry. Besides studying film making, he is also interested in making music and graphic design.
